The NK Product Portal is the centralized location on the web for all registration and repairs of NK Rowing and Sports Electronics and Kestrel Weather Meters.
If you registered a product with NK in the past 9 months, your portal credentials are the e-mail address you used and the password you used. If you registered a valid e-mail anytime before and can't remember your password, you can use the "forgot password" link to assign a new one to your account.

As you can see, we've made a major change to the way our returns form works.
We've found that our customers who own many NK products and would like
repair/recalibration for several of them needed to enter duplicate
information. In an effort to go lean, we are also trying to make this
process easier for you. After registering your product, it can be found in
the NK Portal when you log in. If you need to send it in for repair or
recalibration, it is no longer necessary to enter all of your
shipping/billing information (unless you would like to indicate information
not already found in your user profile). As a result, it is a much quicker
process to request an RA number. Additionally, for those customers who have
many NK products, it will clarify what products are in for repair or
recalibration.
